Cancellations, No Shows and Late Arrival Policies

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no show/late arrival policy. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours or more in advance.

A cancellation within 48 hours or a “no show” will result in the following charge:

All Injection/Medical Appointments:

  • 15-45 minutes – $50
  • 45+ minutes – $100
  • All Esthetician Service Appointments: $50

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your treatment may be deemed infeasible, be rescheduled and you may be charged the appropriate cancellation charge as shown above. If a client has 3 instances of violating our policy, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no- show/cancellation policy is violated. If an appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services.

We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy. Our Providers’ are booked out weeks to months ahead. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Refund Policy

All services and treatments at Juvenessence are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary patient to patient, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment, including touch-ups.

Children Policy​

We adore babies and children here at Juvenessence, however, we do ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a tranquil experience for you and others.

Pet Policy​

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to Juvenessence.

Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
